I can honestly say this will be my first negative review. I received the package when expected however the quality was horrible i ordered white boots not off white with directly spots and something that resembles white out to cover flaws. Soft comfortablesexy boots for every occasion

The boot looks so much better live than in the picture as the leather feels like pig skin leather. It's so supple but sturdy enough to stay up on my skinny 13" calves. They make my legs look long yet curvy and did not sag or look baggy around my calves. They go great with skinny jeans dresses or tunics and leggings. I could wear this out or to work as they are classy enough yet trendy enough for the night out. To top it all off Amazon gave me a $100 discount off these boots from Macy's. THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA THIGH BOOTS!!

I live in Ottawa Canada and always feel like this city is behind in fashion - including boots and shoes. When I saw the movie "The Devil Wears Prada" I fell in love with the Chanel thigh high boots but certainly wasn't willing to forego university tuition so I could be in fashion (the real deal are priced at over $3000 USD). Anyways I had white and black boots for the season and was excited to find these boots on Amazon.com so I ordered them in brown. I was extremely pleased with what I received in the mail. Not only were the boots thigh high but the brown colour was almost exactly how it is shown in the picture (albeit a tiny bit darker depending on the lighting). The pig leather feels thick (not like the thigh high Halloween-type cheap boots) and you can tell they are good quality. The boots can be worn thigh high as intended or you can "slouch" or cuff them at will. The size 10 was not too tight (I can wear a 10.5 and up to an 11 at certain shoe stores) so I was so excited that I can wear them and not get blisters! I adore stilettos and most of my heels are 4-5 inches high. I'm very glad I got these 4 inch boots because they don't feel too high at all - no blisters while walking around campus all day.

While the overall design of these boots are beautiful and stylish the durability is exceptionally poor. If you are going to wear these boots for the single purpose of being indoors--without ever going outside--these shoes are perfect for you. I've had shoes that cost half the price and hold up better than these did after years of wear. These shoes have been in my possession for a couple months and the leather has already pulled away from the plastic heel and the black plastic piece on the heel of one boot has already fallen off.



Bottom line: I would not pay $142 for these boots or $25 for that matter. I can't even rate the product since the overall quality was so poor but Amazon will not post the review without a minimum of one star. I thought Clarks was a reputable brand and that's why I decided to spend the extra money. These are my first and last pair of Clarks shoes.More detail ...

Snow boots

I have a pair in black and a pair in brown. The zipper on the right boot (in brown) is resistant and requires some upper body strength to close but other than that I love these boots. They are warm and comfortable. We have a lot of snow in central Iowa so I wear them frequently. Highly recommend!More detail ...

To hot to handle

I bought these in black and brown too hot. I have larger/muscle calfs and was able to tuck my skinny jeans in. I got these half size larger based on a recommendation from friend who had bought Guess boots before. I wore these to a Lakers game and was walking everywhere restaurant up and down stairs and absolutely had no problem walking in them. I'm 64 so go on ladies and look good.

Cute boot!

I have this boot in Black suede and it's a really cute wedge boot. The wedge is about 1 inch so is really comfortable for walking. I have medium calves and they fit well. The shoe is true to size. The only thing is that if the shaft was taller they'd look even better. They are slightly taller than mid-calf. Even so it looks cute with dresses and stockings and should fit skinny jeans if I adjust the buckles.More detail ...

These boots are terrific! Hey there is not other sexier color than red well maybe red/black. They only thing is they do not provide Wide sizes but I phoned in and was told to try one size up and they wouldn't look any bigger so I did just that and found this to be true. They are very very comfy but wouldn't suggest wearing 8 hours straight or 4 for that matter. I will be ging back for another pair in a different color. The price was so very reasonable. Dammit why didnt I get two right then. Oh and to my knowledge its a small company but they rock especially the customer service department. Thankies much!More detail ...

The most comfortable shoe I own

This is my first pair of Clarks and my first pair of wide shoes. Now I'm spoiled and can't go back! They are awesome. They feel like they aren't heels. I don't know how they did it but I will pick these over my sneakers any day.
